Bairstow's opencut produced some of the best contemporary pyromorphite specimens in England. This specimen, a mineralised section of quartz lode, has a rib of aggregated but distinct bright green crystals to 4mm surrounded by smaller crystals and more amorphous areas of pyromorphite. Collected in the late 1980's.
