In the 1980's an unusual lead and vanadium deposit was discovered in N.E. Derbyshire. On this specimen a 10x8mm cavity is lined with blocky anglesite crystals up to 4mm across with closeby a 16x10mm area of Phosphohedyphane. Ex P. Briscoe collection.
