Vanadinite and Descloizite

Some of the best vanadinites and descloizites in England have come from Whitwell Quarry on the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire border. Found in the 1980's this specimen has red-brown single descloizite crystals, some coalesing into small agglomerations all formed directly on a druse of dolomite crystals
