Cambokeels mine, Eastgate, Weardale, Co. Durham, England

Reference: 2213

Translucent prismatic Calcite crystal some 30mm at its widest with the clearer parts of the crystal forming an interesting 'Mercedes' shape. The crystal is perched on a thin sliver of quartz coated limestone matrix and has a couple of smaller crystals attached on one side. Ex. my collection.
