Rich example from the Waygate shaft area in Whytes Cleugh, Wanlockhead - specimens of hemimorphite from here are usually much smaller. This specimen shows large areas of spherodial white to pale green hemimorphite with a little iron staining. Around the base cross sections show banding of white to green to white.
