Pyromorphite

Force Crag Mine, Coledale, Keswick, Cumbria, England

At Force Crag Mine about 20 years ago there was a find of rare brown coloured pyromorphite on the 650 sub-level. This specimen is from that find displaying well formed crystals to about 5mm, some with lighter coloured tips and interspersed between aggregated groups of sphalerite crystals.
